Process automation for offices, clinics & growing teams

Put your repetitive work on autopilot.

Periyantra designs and builds the AI workflows, software and apps that take routine admin off your team. Intake, follow-ups, records, reports and reminders all get handled in the background, so the people you hired can get on with the work you hired them for.

  • First consultation is free
  • Fixed quote before we build
  • You own the code and the data
  • Hours back, every week

The routine typing, copying and chasing happens in the background, freeing your team for the work that actually needs their judgement.

  • Fewer dropped handoffs

Work moves between people and systems on its own, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting for someone to notice it.

  • Systems that finally talk

Your forms, records, billing and messaging stop being separate islands and start passing information to each other.

What we build

Four ways we take work off your desk

Most engagements start with one nagging process and grow from there. You do not have to know which of these you need. That is what the first conversation is for.

AI workflows & agents

Put the judgement-heavy busywork on rails: reading, sorting, drafting and summarising, with a person still approving what matters.

  • Read and route incoming email, forms and documents
  • Draft replies, summaries and reports for approval
  • Pull data out of invoices, prescriptions and PDFs

Custom software

Systems shaped around the way your workplace already runs, instead of forcing your team to work the way an off-the-shelf product insists.

  • Internal dashboards and admin panels
  • Scheduling, inventory and records systems
  • Replacements for spreadsheets that outgrew themselves

Web & mobile apps

A polished front door for the people you serve, whether that is patients, clients, customers or the staff who look after them.

  • Booking, intake and self-service portals
  • Customer- and patient-facing mobile apps
  • Websites and landing pages that convert

Integration & automation

Connect the tools you already pay for, so information stops being retyped from one screen into another.

  • Link records, billing, calendar and messaging
  • Automatic reports, reminders and follow-ups
  • Data migration and clean-up between systems

How we work

Five stages, and you know what you get at each one

Custom software has a reputation for open-ended bills and projects that quietly die. This is how we avoid both.

  1. 1

    Discover

We sit with your team and map the process as it actually runs today, not as the manual describes it.

You get A written process map and a shortlist of what is worth automating first.

  2. 2

    Design

We scope a solution against that map: what gets automated, what stays human, and what it costs.

You get A fixed scope, timeline and quote, agreed before any code is written.

  3. 3

    Build

We build in short cycles and show you working software along the way, so there are no surprises at the end.

You get Regular demos and a working system you can try early.

  4. 4

    Deploy

We roll out alongside your current process and train your team, switching over only once it holds up under real use.

You get A tested rollout, staff training and written documentation.

  5. 5

    Support

We stay on to fix, tune and extend the system as your process keeps changing.

You get A named person to call and an agreed response time.

About us

You deal with the people who build it

Periyantra is built to stay close to the work. The people who design and build your system are the people you talk to. No account manager relaying your requirements, and no layer of process between the problem you described and the people solving it.

We work with offices, clinics and small businesses where the software budget is real money and a failed project genuinely hurts. So we scope carefully, quote before we build, and would rather talk you out of automating something than sell you a system you do not need.

The name comes from yantra, meaning an instrument, a mechanism, something built to do work. That is what we make: quiet machinery that handles your routine work in the background, so your people are free for the parts that need a human.

Your tools, not ours

We build around the software you already use and pay for. Ripping everything out is rarely the right answer.

You own everything

The code, the data and the accounts are yours. No lock-in, and nothing held hostage if you ever move on.

Priced before it is built

You approve a fixed scope and a fixed quote up front. No open-ended hourly bills that drift for months.

Humans stay in the loop

Anything with real consequences gets a person's approval before it goes out. Automation should reduce risk, not add it.

Questions

The things people ask before they call

How much does a project cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we quote per project rather than publishing a price list. What we can promise is that you see a fixed scope and a fixed quote before any building starts, and that the first conversation costs nothing.

A single-workflow automation is a fraction of what a full custom system costs, and we will tell you honestly which one your problem actually needs.

How long does it take?

A focused automation (one workflow, connecting tools you already have) typically lands within a few weeks. A full custom application is usually a matter of months. You get a real timeline at the design stage, before you commit to anything.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. Wherever possible we build inside your own accounts and infrastructure, so your data never has to live with us. Where we do host something, we tell you exactly where it sits and who can reach it.

We will sign an NDA or data agreement before we see anything sensitive. For clinics and anyone handling personal records, we design for limited, logged access from the start.

We are a single office or clinic. Are we too small?

No. That is much of who we work with. Small teams often see the biggest return, because the same two or three people are personally absorbing all the repetitive work. If your problem is genuinely small, we will scope something small to match.

What if we do not know what to automate?

That is normal, and it is exactly what the discovery stage is for. Most people come to us with a symptom rather than a specification, usually something along the lines of "we are drowning in follow-ups". We map the process with you and find where the time is actually going.

What happens after it is built?

You get documentation, training for your team, and full ownership of the code and accounts. From there you can keep us on for support and improvements, or take it entirely in-house. Both are fine, and we will not hold your system hostage either way.
